How it works

Your new start, in four simple steps.

It's quick: a short assessment, a licensed provider, and your therapy delivered — plus the training, nutrition and goals that help you get the most from it.

Sent by a trainer or coach?

You're in the right place. Start the same way — their code travels with you, and nothing about your care changes. You just get the people in your corner, together.

    Meet your provider

A licensed provider from our medical group reviews your intake — by message or video — and orders at-home labs where it helps. They decide what, if anything, is right for you.

Private by design.

New Start MD is built on a HIPAA-ready architecture. Your health information stays between you and your care team — it's never used for advertising, and your trainer never sees your medical records.

Questions

Before you start.

Still unsure? Message our care team.

How fast can I start?

The assessment takes about five minutes, and a provider typically reviews it within one to two business days. Once you're approved, your therapy ships to your door.

Do I need labs?

Not always. Your provider may order simple at-home labs where they help guide or monitor your plan — and will tell you if they're needed before anything is prescribed.

Is this legitimate and licensed?

Yes. Every plan is prescribed by a licensed U.S. provider after a visit and prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Prescription therapies ship only after clinician approval.

My trainer referred me — what do they see?

They see that you joined through their code and anything you choose to share about your progress. They never see your medical records or health information — that stays private between you and your care team.
